So a long time ago (18 years) when I first started as a tech at Cummins I swapped the engine out on this little T401. It got a black ISM taken out and a red ISM put in after about 1.6 million kms pulling a road train.
Fast forward not quite 17 years and 1 of our long standing customers tells me he has a T401 he wants me to look at……and then appears this old girl again!
Now to today, M&V Truck Services have completely restored her back to original condition. The engine is fresh and now sounds & goes like a 500hp engine should.
Credit to Mario and the gang for getting her back to her original glory. It will appear at the Mannum Truck & Ute Show this Sunday.
